I was lucky enough to be in contact with the Grand Roaster and Founder, Norman Eisler, of Pinebrook Roasters. I started following the company on:
I entered all their contests, which eventually got Norman to notice my relentlessness. He emailed me and we realized we should work together. I am so happy he did because Today I received a very generous box of Pinebrook Roasters coffees that I will share with you.

NOW LET'S GET TO KNOW EACH OF THEM:
GUATEMALA NUEVO ORIENTE - FRESH ROASTED SINGLE ORIGIN
Known for it's floral aromatic taste, along with Milk Chocolate and Raison notes. Clean round body that shows an excellent balance of acidity and fragrance. Great to drink anytime!!
COLUMBIA HUILA SUPREMO - FRESH ROASTED SINGLE ORIGIN
This Columbia Supremo is known for its well balanced body with a mild to medium acidity giving it a sweet, freshly cut cedar and spicy notes. The slightly dark roast finish brings outs its chocolate flavor.
MALAWI PBC - FRESH ROASTED SINGLE ORIGIN
This coffee has a medium body that is soft with rich flavor of medium citric acidity. It offers an ultra-clean cup, chocolatey mouth feel with tropical fruit flavors. YUM!
NICARAGUA FINCA EL ENCANTO - FRESH ROASTED SINGLE ORIGIN
Known for a pulped natural process roasted medium-dark producing a clean balanced nuanced body that exudes a fruity blueberry with a touch of syrup sweetness. It's low acidity and fruity notes make for a GREAT all around cup of coffee!

I recently had the advantage to read about Norman Eisler in an article featured here in the "DAILY COFFEE NEWS", outlining everything Norman has put into Pinebrook Roasters. I was really happy to read they will be starting up a subscription program this Fall. We all know how many of us have subscription addictions! This in addition to a caffeine addiction, should make for great business for Pinebrook Roasters.
