This is my first box of Munch Better and everything in the box, except the oats, are new to me. These are all Canadian products too. $28.00 Cdn a Box too!! That's a pretty cool price for what you receive in the box.
Munch Better is all about featuring snacks made with real-food ingredients that are free from anything artificial or genetically modified. The founders having backgrounds in holistic nutrition and digestive health, they focus on finding snacks that provide fibre, good fats, and plant-based protein - or a combination of all three! With Munch Better, they aim to provide the best healthy snacks to inspire people to care about the food they eat!
It is very evident in the box that they are strict about their items in their box. I always appreciate a products card describing the items in a subscription box. Munch better included the card and as well why they LOVE each item in the box. A really fun snack box for sure and without any guilt.... even better!!

PATIENCE FRUIT & CO. ORGANIC Moka Moments Snack Blend - This was the first package I cracked open after I went through all the items in the box. Seriously ..... an organic blend of dried cranberries, dark chocolate, hazelnuts and ground coffee. What else would you crave or need for energy? It's all in this bag!! Soooo Good!! I love the kick of caffeine! I'm going to be sure to lock down where I can get more of this product. In the meantime, I have the remainders of this bag hidden in the drawer by my side of the bed. My husband fears that drawer so I know my snack is safe! Until I can get my hands on more of this product.
SHA SHA Organic Spelt Lemon Snaps and Ginger Snaps - They are a Prebiotic snack containing Inulin dietary fibre pulled from chicory root. Only 130 calories per 30 grams. I love that they are not very sweet, but full-on flavor! A perfect reward after a hard working day or after a work out, or just sitting at the computer blogging :P
LOVE GROWN FOODS Strawberries & Raspberries Hot Oats - You can't get better than the ingredients in this cup which contains rolled oats, brown sugar, freeze-dried raspberries, freeze-dried stawberries and cinnamon. That's it! All pure, untampered ingredients. There is even a recipe on their website to make a muffin out of this oatmeal cup!
FROM FARM TO TABLE Dill Pickle Popcorn - This non-GMO, Ontario grown popcorn has a nice hit of dill. Peanut and Gluten free. Non-GMO and Pesticide Free Corn. Only 80 calories per 23 grams. I know we're not counting calories... . but it's fun to know anyways.
THREE FARMERS Wild Ranch Pea Pops - Okay how fun does this snack sound? When you have your next crunch craving, grab yourself a bag of Pea pops. Roasted...not fried. Rich in Omega 3 because it is roasted in Omega 3 rich Camelina oil from Saskatchewan. Nut Free, Gluten free, Non GMO and Vegan approved. They also come in Dill Pickle and Siracha flavors.
NUDGE Organic Snack Bar in Pineappe with Baobab and Hemp - A yummy tropical bar made with nutritious ingredients like quinoi flakes, hemp seeds, with the addition of African Superfruit baobab, making it extra special and good for you! No added sugar and also made in a Nut-free factory :) It's great when you can find these snacks and know you are safe to send them to school with your children.
