I have been seeing a lot of great pictures on social media of Paris and the cherry blossoms in bloom. This box was a perfect Spring treat. I have never been to Paris, but it is on my bucket list. APRIL - 'PARIS IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA'
PARIS STREET STYLE COLORING BOOK - This has got to be the most stylish coloring book ever. Created by Zoé de Las Cases, a Parisian Agency of decoration, addition and creation. All the pictures in the book are very fashion forward. As the box's product card states, a perfect pass-time project during April showers. Today it is raining and what better time to chill and color. Like a high-end journal, this sleek package has an elastic closure and a satin ribbon marker so you can dip in and dip out of your own French fashion week. With nothing more than some colored pencils, you'll be on your way to a stress-free, Parisian-chic day.
ARTIST'S LOFT PENCIL CRAYONS - 36 sharpened pencil crayons to bring the coloring book pages alive. As a child I remember I used to color to relieve boredom. As an adult, this applies once again. I find I enjoy coloring when I need some down time. A wonderful stress release and therapeutic. I love the classy touch with the fleur de lis ribbon.
FASHION SCARF - A light-weight eternity scarf to add a little French touch to outfits. I remember when Carrie from 'Sex and the City' went to Paris and how beautiful every outfit was. I am pretty sure that was when I decided I have to go there. This scarf is not quite this light as in this picture. I love the darker lavender shade as I have a Winter complexion so anything darker is better for me.
MACARON BATH BOMB - Macaron is a French confection found at Pâtisseries. This, of course, is not the baked goodie from the bakery, but a natrual mineral bath bomb. Eventhough, It will not satisfy your sweet tooth, it will soothe and soften your whole body. Throw it in your tub and let the scent take you away to Paris.
CERAMIC EIFFEL TOWER - French Lavender scented Paris landmark as a lovely decor piece. French lavender carries a camphor scent and takes on smoky hints, especially as it dries, and is more subtle than either the English or Spanish varieties.
Well that little trip to Paris was so much fun. It makes me wonder what May will bring? Thinking of a theme every month and what to include in each box takes a lot of talent. PUT A BOW ON IT has mastered this skill and brings it home every month.
