I get super excited when SPICEDUP box arrives at my house. It is a subscription box that includes two of my favorite things .... spices and recipes! Also, the subscription box includes a special kitchen gadget. This month's kitchen item is a Herb Stripper. How did I get this far without having one of these?!! I have used it everyday since opening the box! It is a lovely polished stainless steel heart with different sized holes for whatever herb you are using. The spice blends once again are out of this world with a new one I have never heard of before... "Tabil" Tunisian Spice Blend. I will describe further down in this post.
"Great cooking goes beyond following a recipe -- it's about using spices to bring out the greatest possible flavor. Experimenting with different spices will both excite the nose and palate, as well as balance the sensual, emotional, and spiritual elements of an amazing meal. With a subscription from Spiced UP, each month you'll receive hand-selected spices, rubs, small-batch condiments and ingredients with facts on origin and how to use them, as well as kitchen tested recipes and a cool kitchen gadget. We want to make sure your next dish is Spiced UP!" _ WWW.SPICEDUP.ROCKS
