NIAH BOX - ESSENTIAL OILS & PERFUME

After a long wait, I finally received my May NIAH Box. At no fault of the subscription box, but customs apparently forgot to forward the box on after their investigation was complete. I patiently waited and watched the tracking, noticing that my May NIAH Box was going to arrive one day before the June NIAH Box. The postman arrived Monday and reluctantly let me accept delivery because the box was damaged. At no surprise to me, I figured there was something up with the delay. The box had a definite scent and there was an oil stain around the bottom of the box. After close inspection of the box's contents, the damage was not as bad as suspected. One bottle was cracked and empty, while another had a broken lid. In the land of receiving many, many parcels a week, I can honestly say this was the very first damaged box I have received since starting my blog. That, I think, is pretty great odds!

Normally I would describe the subscription box here and price options. Unfortunately, after I received this box and messaged the owner, I received a blanket response that the company is folding. This was horrible news and I am pretty bummed to hear this.

Nonetheless, I still want to review the box because the products within the box are really what reviews are mostly about.

A BIT HIPPY - Tamanu Oil

A Bit Hippy made Tamanu for You to help clear your skin and clear your mind. Their herb-scented oil will totally knock your blemishes out, but will be gentle on your skin and keep you super-hydrated. Perfect to layer under your moisturiser for added hydration. I unfortunately did not get to actually use this as it leaked during shipment. No fault of A Bit HIppy. It was packaged perfectly. It was damaged in customs prior to getting to me.

RUSTIC MAKA - Pachy Natural Deodorant in Take a Hike

If you have not switched to natural deodorant, you should! All the chemicals in the drugstore deodorants are damaging you. If you are worried they will not last or work as well, you are sadly mistaken. Especially RUSTIC MAKA brand. I am a very sweaty girl! The tiniest bit of exertion and I break into a sweat. This is not my first rodeo with Rise Buddy. In the Spring they shared a box filled with all varieties of their Rise Buddy Snacks. I am already a HUGE Fan! Get your hands on these whenever you can.
