RUTH's MUSTARD - CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
This Fabulous mustard is a secret, passed down family recipe from New Hampshire.
Very Peppery. Ingredients include sugar, vinegar, ground dry mustard and black pepper.
Works Great with Pork, Chicken and Red Meats. Also, amazing on grilled shrimp.
PANCH PHORAN - INDIAN FIVE SPICE BLEND
Earthy and Aromatic. Ingredients include fennel, cumin, fenugreek, nigella and brown mustard. Use this spice blend in heated clarified butter to finish vegetables, beef, seafood and legume dishes.
SOOM SOOM
Nutty, Crunchy and Spicy. Ingredients include white and black sesame seeds, sumac, caraway seeds and ancho chili powder. This blend is great on beef, fish and as a condiment on naan or pita bread. It also adds a fun crunch to whipped feta spread.
DRAGON'S BREATH - SWEET HEAT BLEND
Something sweet and spicy. Ingredients include jalapeno, basil, organic brown sugar, honey powder, amchoor, orange and salt. A Fantastic rub for shrimp, beef or chicken. Also works great with grilled veggies.
