HOT VENISON SALAMI - Super lean venison meat makes for a salami with an almost crumbly texture, without the heavy fat that distinguishes a lot of pork salami. I am not big on game meat as a roast or steaks, but put it in a salami or pepperoni and I love it more than regular beef or pork. So lean and so flavorful! Absolutely love this Hot Venison Salami.

HOT SMOKED CHORIZO - With a bold CANADIAN twist in its lively seasoning blend, this classic Spanish style of bright red spicy salami stands out for its memorable blend of flavorful and hot. Who would have thought Canadians could improve a classic Spanish salami. Kurtzie's did it AND made a phenomenal Chorizo!

MERLOT HANDCRAFTED SALAMI - With a sweet and tannic aroma, this carefully made old-world style salami is subtly flavored with the distinctive red wine. You had me at Merlot... Wow! I love all these meat snacks, but the merlot in this salami just kicks it up a big notch on the salami ladder.

TURKEY & CRANBERRY SALAMI - The tart sharpness of cranberry is welcome counterpoint to the mild, homey taste of turkey. This salami is the perfect combination of sweet and salty. We paired this with Cambozola on a charcuterie plate with grilled focaccia..... So Good!

MILD SMOKED CHUBBER - This recipe is simple and clean with very little in the way of dramatic added flavors or spices. Just that warming campfire suggestion of smoke, and the best of Canadian pork. We opened this up the other night after a 'okay' dinner out. Still hungry and lacking protein from dinner, we just couldn't resist the Chubber. I was shocked that this is written as the least dramatic of the sausages received. It really held its own and we will have to seek how to get more of these bad boys.
