CHOCOCURB - DECEMBER 2017

CHOCOCURB AVANT-GARDE BAR

Caramel with Kalamata Olives and Olive Oil

Kalamata olives, sea salt, and olive oil meets caramel and dark chocolate. This sounds strange, right? Not really. It's just a really, really delicious chocolate bar. Give it a try and don't miss out!

The salty brine from the kalamata olive offsets the sweetness of the caramel to add to the creaminess of the chocolate. A new favorite for me! You can buy the bar alone on their website. Be fast though. It's a Limited Edition bar!

baru hippo

BARU - CREAMY CHOCOLATE HIPPO

Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Truffle

Made in Belgium. These cute little milk chocolate hippos are filled with a decadent Hazelnut Truffle filling. Individually wrapped for freshness!

dolfin

DOLFIN CHOCOLAT

Dark Chocolate with Earl Grey Tea

Also made in Belgium. This bar is a mix of contrasts : the refreshing sweetness of the bergamot blends perfectly with the strong taste of the chocolate. Being one of my all-time favorite teas. of course, it goes splendidly with dark chocolate. Another fantastic thing about this company is they package each bar in a plastic wrap that reseals. This way you can enjoy this bar over time should you choose to savor it.

brasstown

BRASSTOWN

Milk Chocolate - 45%

If you take Brasstown Milk Craft Chocolate and break it down to its basics, you will find the smooth, silky mildness of milk which subtly breaks down the density of the cacao, and innocently overwhelms your mind with softness and purity. This is by far one of the Best Milk Chocolate bars I have ever tasted. So smooth and seriously not as sweet as most milk chocolate bars.

LA NAYA CHOCOLATE

Pistachio & Cacoa Nibs

"It is only through the taste of our special bean-to-emotion chocolate bars that one can escape the cave of shadows and enter the world of perfection." - La Naya Chocolate

Smooth, velvety to the touch pistachio cream, playing games with crisp cocoa nibs in the river of milk. Rich, balanced taste of nuts and biscuits. This art deco bar is not only very pretty to look at, it has so much going on in the bar. I love this bar for not being overly sweet as white chocolate can be. Pistachio is very present in flavor and the cocoa nibs add a nice bit of crunch.

Today is the last day to get the box in time for Christmas. No worries though if you don't get your order in by the 17th of December, you can still order. You just will not have guaranteed delivery for the holidays. Should you be buying a box to give as a Christmas gift and you do not order in time, do not fret!
