YOGI SURPRISE is one of my very favorite subscription boxes. Every month I get to ensure I look after myself with the help of YOGI SURPRISE. I have already prepared my grocery list for my Sugar Detox starting this week. I thought I was pretty good about not too much sugar already. After reading this book, I became aware of so many food items that have sugar that I had no idea about. Like balsamic vinegars, potatoes, bouillon cubes, tomato sauce, rice and the list goes on.
