ZOKA COFFEE - FITZROY'S BLEND

CAFFE UMBRIA - BRAZIL SITIO ROCINHA
Italian roasting meets Brazilian flair in this lively light-medium roast. The natural process brings out notes of ripe cherry and creamy vanilla, with a lovely nose of jasmine early grey: the perfect combo of samba and sunrise.
NOTES: Vanilla, Cherry, Earl Grey Tea, Caramel
KEALA'S COFFEE - HONOLULU BLEND
A blend of Africa, Indonesia and Oahu. Hula dancing on the line between bold and fruity, this medium roast carries a rich aroma, full body with a hint of tropical sweetness as unexpected as a black sand beach.
NOTES: Smooth Guava, Mountain Apple
TRUE NORTH - COLUMBIA HUILA PAICOL
One part coffee, two parts sunshine! This sweet balance brew combines mellow flavors of peach syrup, apricots, and oranges within a body of rich dark chocolate. Particularly peach as an iced coffee.

There are so many choices when you join BEAN BOX. Not only do you get to choose your roast, there are treats you can add to your monthly box or instead of getting four sample bags, you can receive a full-sized bag of beans. Besides your monthly beans, they always include a Seattle Chocolate treat. I lucked out recently when shopping at our local Choices Market. They sell Seattle Chocolates! I usually end up putting a BEAN BOX order for a full-sized bag of beans in between my regular BEAN BOX delivery. I try to keep tasting notes up to date so I know which bag of full beans to order. It still makes it really tough to decide though. All the roasts have something special so to distinguish which one holds most of my favorite tasting notes can be challenging. To be honest though, either way it's a fun decision to make.
