NONGSHIM - SHIN BOWL
This spicy little number won Chefs Best Award of Excellence in 2017. I can see why. The seasoning in this soup was so fresh! If I was served this, I would have never guessed it was an instant noodle soup!
MAMA - SHRIMP FLAVOUR (TOM YUM)
This spicy and sour noodle soup is a new favorite for me. The perfect amount of brininess! Top it off with shrimp and green onions for a different treat.
MAMA - CHAND CLEAR SOUP
A noodle soup with a mild beef flavour and subtle spice. Top this soup with bean sprouts, thinly sliced beef and fresh thai basil.
JML - SPICY HOT BEEF
Don't worry vegans and vegetarians, there was no actual beef involved in the making of this soup. A delicious savory and spicy soup. Top it off with green onion and beef slices.... or a soft boiled egg.
SAPPORO ICHIBAN - SHIO RAMEN
A very mild broth with zero spiciness. A versatile soup that you can pretty much top with anything. Although suggested toppings would be green onion, egg an sesame oil.
This box has come in so handy lately as I have been so lazy in getting my lunch made before I go to work. I keep the noodle packages at my desk. When hunger strikes, I'm prepared.
